Classes
We are so confident of the ability of the material in ELIMINATING CARELESS ERROR to quickly and easily improve your child’s ability and confidence with number problems that we offer classes to demonstrate this right before your eyes. Your child will learn just how easy it is to get As in math, once they are shown the problem is not their math ability but that their school has been showing them the WRONG WAY to check answers. You and your child will see immediate and astonishing improvement from the very first lesson.

The class will show your child the simple and mathematically correct way to be certain of answers to any number problem, regardless of size. While ELIMINATING CARELESS ERROR can be used by parents at home for use with children as young as 2nd grade on up, our classes include multiplication and division and so all students must already have learned all 4 of the arithmetic operations in school. For that reason, the following minimum conditions must be met for class participation.
These are:
- Your child must be 4th grade or above (to high school).
- They must be able to add and subtract any combination of single digits (1 through 9).
- They must know their multiplication tables (there is no getting around this important elementary memorization).
- They must have a working familiarity with division, whole, fractions and decimal.

LEARNING DISABILITIES
We have absolute confidence in this self-help book. It is important to recognize, ELIMINATING CARELESS ERROR was deliberately designed for parents (or tutors/special ed teachers) to use with their own children. These classes are offered primarily as a proof or assistance to those either skeptical of our claim or uncertain of their own ability to teach math to their own children. If your learning/physically disabled child has a tutor or a special education teacher, they can easily read and apply the material in this book to the child’s regular math lessons. It is not only ‘not necessary’ for a child to learn this material in a classroom-type situation - it is cheaper to simply purchase a copy of the book and ‘do it yourself’! Having said that, learning disabled children are welcome in these classes. In fact, these are the ones who seem to benefit the most and may give you the biggest surprise in how well they do in math after learning the material.
PHYSICAL DISABILITIES
Please bear in mind, we are not a school, but are a private publishing company. Our facility is an old Victorian house in Naperville. As such, it is not set up for physically handicapped students. We need to ascertain whether we can reasonably facilitate your child’s particular disability. We ask you to call us and explain the disability and how we can work together to practicably facilitate your child’s needs before signing your child up for classes.
